Why do we collect and process your data?
Purpose of the processing operation: The Foreign Policy Instruments Service (FPI) of the European Commission will collect and use your personal information to ensure proper organization and follow-up of this event organized by the Delegation of the European Union in Mexico: Forum Circular Economy for the northern states of Mexico; and others on circular economy, sustainability and green economy also organized by the European Union.
What data do we collect and process?
We will only collect and process the data necessary for the organization and management of the event, such as title, first name, last name, postal and email addresses, telephone number, company / institution, department and job title , etc. All participants are required to provide such information. It is important to note that during the event, live webcasting, video recording and images of speakers and participants, as well as photographs of groups of participants and organizers can be taken and published in the context of the event.
